Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Alberta Arctic Aces Youth Hockey Program. By registering your child, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility Players must meet the age and skill requirements for their division. Registration must be complete and paid in full before participation.

2. Code of Conduct All players, parents, and coaches must show respect, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude. Bullying, harassment, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program.

3. Safety and Equipment Players must wear full, CSA-approved hockey gear at all times on the ice. Parents are responsible for ensuring their child’s equipment is safe.

4. Medical & Liability Waiver All medical conditions must be disclosed at registration. Participation is at your own risk. Alberta Arctic Aces and its staff are not liable for injuries or accidents during program activities.

5. Refund Policy Fees are non-refundable unless: The program is canceled by us. No refunds for missed sessions or behavioral suspensions.

6. Cancellations & Make-Up Sessions: May be canceled due to weather, ice issues, or emergencies. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed but may be scheduled if

7. Media Release We may use photos or videos for promotional purposes (website, social media, flyers, etc.). You may opt out by contacting us in writing during registration.

8. Communication You agree to receive emails and/or text updates related to scheduling, safety, and program announcements.

9. Disciplinary Action We reserve the right to suspend or remove any participant or parent who breaches these terms. No refunds will be given in such cases.

10. Attendance and Commitment Players are expected to attend all practices, games and team events unless prior notice is given. Excessive unexcused absences may affect playing time or team status. Players must arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled activities.

11. Updates to Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to registered families. By registering your child, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
